Standards of Safety Regulations - NFPA 54 and 58 Updated
This administrative regulation establishes the Kentucky Standards of Safety and supplements the Kentucky Building Code, promulgated as 815 KAR 7:120, in matters of fire safety. The regulation adopts, by reference, the 1999 edition of the National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54) and the 2001 edition of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (NFPA 58).
